BRIEF

The Escape is one of the most intense and bloodiest escapes in history with over 64 cartel members and prison guards dead. An estimated 130 Sinaloa cartel members attacked the Prison armed with firearms, mostly AK-47's, and helped El Chapo escape with brute force in less than an hour. Two times, the first escape was in 2001 while he was in Puente Grande a maximum security prison in Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco, that escape was the famous laundry cart escape. The second time was in 2015 from Almoloya another maximum secur.

Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman, or the king of drains and tunnels, and his Sinaloa Cartel have been credited with building nearly 100 other tunnels on the US-Mexico border, including one he referred to as an 'f'n cool tunnel.' Taking 12-16 months to make and costing an estimated $5 million dollars, how did he do it?
